A Grassroots Effort to End forced Annexation Abuse in North Carolina

"We lay it down as a fundamental, that laws, to be just,
must give a reciprocation of right; that, without this, they are mere arbitrary rules of conduct, founded in force, and not in conscience."
--Thomas Jefferson

"If we wish to be free, if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending, if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained _ we must fight!"  _Patrick Henry

This Is The Year!

This year it is more important than ever that people from across the State of NC gather together in the Bicentennial Mall in Raleigh on May 6th.

The Legislators need to see  a huge crowd that will represent the thousands of people who want the law changed.

This year it should be cooler outside, but we want the debate inside the Legislative Building to be HOT for reform! That will happen if YOU are there!

Keep writing and calling legislators and tell them you want:

  1. A meaningful voice

  2. *Meaningful services

  3. Meaningful oversight by County Commissioners

(*services you don't need aren't meaningful!!)
