Harvey Pulliam, who created the website www.ncconstitution.com, has written a letter to Gubernatorial Candidate Pat McCrory, asking him to state his position on reforming the forced annexation statutes of NC.
Harvey reports that McCrory has responded with deafening SILENCE.
Could this mean that McCrory, as Mayor of the 'Queen of Forced Annexation', Charlotte, likes forced annexation??
