Forced Annexation is Against American Principles!!
STOPNCANNEXATION believes that North Carolina property owners and taxpaying citizens should, and must, have a voice and say in any decision to become, or be made part of, any City or Town.
Currently, forced annexation is occurring more often all over the State of North Carolina. In fact, the use of Involuntary Annexation is encouraged by City Planning Staffs everywhere and the
North Carolina League of Municipalities. It's use has increased dramatically over the last several years.
The goal of this website is to provide you, the North Carolina property owner and citizen, with a central, non-partisan, place for information gathering, sharing and organizing in your local and state efforts to fight and change these undemocratic forced annexation practices and laws.
We all need to join forces to show our elected officials that united we will stand and fight against the involuntary take over and increased taxation of our properties
