A Grassroots Effort to End forced Annexation Abuse in North Carolina

"We lay it down as a fundamental, that laws, to be just, must give a reciprocation of right; that, without this, they are mere arbitrary rules of conduct, founded in force, and not in conscience." --Thomas Jefferson

GIVE REFORM a grassroots PUSH!!
A coordinated Grassroots blitz of the General Assembly

It is very important to continue to contact legislators!

We need to send thousands of emails and make thousands of calls!

Action must be taken now!  We can make a difference, but it has to be done right away!

Below is some helpful information to make it very easy for you to contact legislators.
If we are going to end forced annexation, we need to build on the incredible momentum generated by the Rally in Raleigh and the Public Hearing.

In addition to contacting legislators, please encourage friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else to also contact their legislators.

Important Tips when Communicating with Legislators

  • - Stay on point.

  • - Personalize your message.

  • - If you are a constituent, stress that up front.

  • - Be courteous and respectful—this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t convey a strong message.
