• Get your friends and neighbors involved
  Get a list of local supporters and their email addresses and phone numbers and keep them and the Statewide effort of StopNCAnnexation informed about involuntary annexation in your area. (Contact us)

• Put up yard signs stating your view on unfair involuntary annexation
   
• Circulate a petition that will show how many citizens are against forced annexation in your area  Click Here for a Sample Petition
   
• Attend state wide rallies and support statewide the StopNCAnnexation Coalition efforts by financial contribution
   
• Contact us for information about other groups from around the state that have faced or are facing annexation and find out what they are doing to fight Involuntary Annexation.
   
• Attend your local Town, City Council, and County board meetings and speak at the Public Speaks Out session of the agenda
   
• Organize rallies and protests of municipalities planning involuntary annexation.  Make signs and call your local media to inform them of these events and gather as many supporters as you can find to let these elected officials know you think involuntary annexation is unfair and does not allow you a voice in the decision to annex your property. • Raise money to place informational ads in local newspapers, on local radio and TV stations, and if enough money can be raised, put up billboards informing your fellow citizens about the unfairness of involuntary annexation.
